This study aims to evaluate suppliers using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS). The proposed criteria selection technique makes use of Delphi, taking into account both objective and subjective elements. These factors are then weighted by a combination of SWARA and MEREC and utilized to identify providers using ARAS. The suggested model, tested and proven helpful in the Indonesian leather sector, captures the dynamics of decision-making groups in supplier ranking and is an effective tool for decision-makers to make more informed decisions. The precision of the criteria will determine the outcome of the supplier selection. As a result, a sensitivity test to parameter changes is employed to assess the model's validity. The proposed strategy yields an effective result because of it.This study aims to evaluate suppliers using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS).
